Rob installed our server and set up the network for us a number of years ago after we were having some issues. He has always made himself available to address any issues we were having. We have been using Summit Infotech for a number of years now for all of our IT related work. Rob initially set us up with all of our equipment when we set up our first office in Tweed Heads and helped us expand our services when we bought our second office in Currumbin. He moved all our equipment across to the new offices and then connected both offices via a VPN which now allows us to operate seamlessly no matter which office we are in. We are now spending more time working in Far North Queensland. Using current technology, Rob is still able to support us remotely and address any issues we have.
